Description
With our Master Customer Tab app, managing your customer's information across instances becomes easier.
View all your tenants’ information through the Customers Details page to better understand and identify your loyal customers.
App features:
- Customer information in one place: Easily manage and link your tenants' and customers' information to view in one place.
- Information at a glance: All your customers' information is easily viewed through the customer details page.
- On the Customer Record - a new card for the LTV across all brands. It will light up in blue if this customer is a customer across brands.
- A new "Master Club Member" tag if this customer is a club member at an alternate brand (allowing for cross-brand discounts for club members).
- A new meta data (custom field) so customers with LTV across brands will show on the POS.
